We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing marketing support to the owner of I.E. Consulting, and assisting with coordination for the agency's clients.
Responsibilities
1. You don’t need to manage a calendar – no degrading scheduling / email management work involved.
2. Act as a point of contact between the owner and the agency's clients
3. Assist with marketing coordination for the agency's clients, including developing marketing plans, social media management, and content creation
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
5. Provide administrative support as needed, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing project timelines
6. Research and data tracking. Do you like nerding out in software finding insights and opportunities for strategy? Lot’s of opportunity to dig in here.
7. Design experience is a big plus!

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or marketing coordination role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Hubspot, Wordpress, Social Platforms, and Email Marketing Softwares
